iCrop practical guide · For teams evaluating their next workflow
01Which business result must improve?
Choose the priority: advisory capacity, client service, commercial follow-up or coordination of crop support and records. Establish a baseline and test the whole process against it. Include knowledge continuity as one of the supporting requirements.
02What must be recorded in the field?
List the observations, photographs, advice and actions that matter. Test how those records connect to the grower, crop and field.
03Where does work leave the platform?
Map handovers to the office, the grower and existing business systems. Confirm ownership of each record and how missing information is handled.
04Will the workflow fit the team?
Demonstrate a typical working day with representative users. Include weak connectivity and review any offline requirements.
05How will you measure adoption?
Agree a starting scope, the pilot group and the measures that would justify expanding. Record the baseline before introducing the new process.
