Who is responsible?
AppsforAgri B.V., Hogeweg 105, 5301 LL Zaltbommel, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 58299238, is responsible for the personal data described here. iCrop is a product of AppsforAgri.

Enquiries and business contact
We use your name, business email address, organisation, optional message and source page to answer your question, arrange a demonstration and follow up the conversation. Only authorised people can access enquiries. Your information is not automatically added to a newsletter.
The basis is preparing an agreement at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and maintaining business contact. If you object to further contact, let us know.
We retain enquiry information during follow-up and for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact. Information needed for an agreement or a legal obligation is kept separately for the applicable purpose and period.
When you request a practical guide, we use your name, email address, optional organisation and selected language to email the PDF as an attachment. AppsforAgri receives a separate notification of the request. Mailgun processes the email delivery. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We store the request and sending status in the protected website inbox and include them in our private backups. We do not track whether you open or download the attachment.
Job applications
If you apply by email, we process your contact details, CV, motivation and correspondence to assess your application and communicate with you. The basis is preparing a possible employment agreement at your request. Only colleagues involved in recruitment receive access.
After an unsuccessful application, we delete the application information within four weeks of the procedure ending. We may keep it for up to one year only with your separate permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time. If you join us, necessary information moves to your personnel record. Do not include an identity-document copy, national identification number or medical information in your application.
Cookies and website statistics
The website does not currently use advertising trackers. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure visits, source pages, demo clicks, form starts and successfully received requests. The legal basis for this measurement is your consent. You can accept, refuse or change this under Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website or submitting a request. Advertising consent stays off; LinkedIn and Google Ads are not configured. Google signals, advertising personalisation and automatic collection of user-provided data are disabled. Separately, our own server counts demo clicks, form starts and received enquiries by source page and day, without visitor identifiers or measurement cookies. These aggregate records contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses or query parameters.
The hosting and security services may use technical storage needed to operate and protect the website, including sign-in when you use a protected area. LinkedIn links are ordinary external links; no LinkedIn widget is embedded. If optional tracking is introduced, we will request permission before it is activated.
The current hosting sets the security cookie __cf_bm, used by Cloudflare to help detect bots. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We also store icrop_consent for up to 180 days to remember your choice and the version of the cookie notice. This host-only cookie contains no name or email address. If you select a language, the necessary cookie icrop_language remembers only nl, en or de for up to 180 days. The page URL determines the language. You can change language using the menu; browser settings or a saved choice do not redirect you. A new purpose or material change requires a new choice. After consent, Analytics uses host-only cookies with the prefix icrop_mkt, including icrop_mkt_ga and icrop_mkt_ga_RP5C8ZXJB5, with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. They contain pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. Page URLs omit query strings and fragments; referrals are limited to their origin. No entered form contents are sent to Analytics. No advertising cookies are enabled. Google Tag Manager is not loaded before permission or after refusal. Withdrawing permission stops further tag loading and removes Google measurement cookies accessible on this website; it does not erase information already received by a provider.
Spam prevention and security
We validate form input, reject hidden-field spam and limit repeated requests. The limit uses a coded network or email identifier, a counter and a short time window, not the original network address. These temporary limit records are separate from enquiries.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form and processes technical browser and network information to distinguish visitors from automated submissions. It is used for security, not advertising. No decision about employment or a customer relationship is made solely by this check. Pre-clearance is disabled: the form uses a one-time verification token rather than issuing an optional cf_clearance cookie. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website available and preventing spam while limiting the information processed. You can object through our contact address. If the check prevents your request, contact us by email or telephone.
Service providers and international processing
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security and website storage. Business email, including applications, is handled through our business email environment. Enquiry notifications are sent through Mailgun using its EU region; business email is handled through Google Workspace. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager receive technical information, including your IP address when connecting, browser information and consented measurement events. Providers receive the information needed for their service; the optional conversion events contain no entered names, email addresses, message text or application details.
These providers can process technical or contact information outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable privacy and data-processing arrangements determine locations, retention and transfer safeguards. Contact us for the arrangements relevant to your data. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request data portability where it applies. You can withdraw permission where processing is based on it. Email us with enough information to identify your request; do not send an identity-document copy as a standard attachment. We normally respond within one month and may ask proportionate verification questions.
