Your data remains yours
The iCrop addendum takes precedence over conflicting provisions about customer data in Articles 12.1 and 18 of the original terms. The customer retains its rights to its operational data. AppsforAgri may process that data to provide, secure and support the agreed service; other uses require a separate written agreement.
